30-Day Return Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase. You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unused and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase may also be required.
To request a return, please contact us at fernrodii91@gmail.com before sending your item back. If your return is approved, we will provide you with return instructions and the appropriate return address.
Please do not send products back without contacting us first. Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your product arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible at fernrodii91@gmail.com. Please include your order number and photos or video showing the issue when applicable.
Once verified, we will work with you to provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including products that have been used, damaged after delivery, altered, or returned without their original packaging where applicable. Gift cards and final-sale items are also non-returnable.
If you’re unsure whether your item is eligible for a return, contact us before sending anything back.
Return Shipping
Unless an item arrived damaged, defective, incorrect, or we otherwise agree to cover the cost, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable.
Order Cancellations
We process orders as quickly as possible. If you need to cancel or change an order, contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee that an order can be canceled or modified once it has entered processing or fulfillment.
Refunds
Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund after it has been issued.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If merchandise is shipped into the European Union, customers may have additional cancellation or return rights under applicable law, including the right to cancel or return certain purchases within 14 days without providing a reason. Any mandatory consumer rights applicable to your purchase are not affected by this policy.
