Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Processing times may be longer during holidays, periods of high order volume, or circumstances outside our control.
Shipping & Delivery
Fern & Co. currently ships to customers within the United States. Estimated delivery is generally 7–15 business days after processing, depending on the product, destination, carrier, and fulfillment location.
Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather, customs processing, holidays, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery times.
Shipping Costs
Fern & Co. currently offers free standard shipping on all orders within the United States. There is no minimum purchase required. If additional or expedited shipping options become available, any applicable charges will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Tracking
When tracking information is available, you will receive it by email after your order has shipped. Please allow time for the carrier’s tracking system to update after receiving your tracking number.
Multiple Packages
Products may be fulfilled from different warehouses or fulfillment partners. If you order multiple products, they may arrive in separate packages and at different times. You will not be charged additional shipping solely because we divide an order into multiple shipments.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Please contact us as soon as possible if you discover an error. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.
Lost, Damaged, or Missing Orders
If your order arrives damaged, is missing an item, or appears to have been lost in transit, contact us at fernrodii91@gmail.com with your order number and relevant details. We will review the issue and work with you toward an appropriate resolution.
